Timbavati Wildlife Park’s Animal Care department is looking for an experienced Animal Care Specialist to join their full-time/year-round team.

This candidate will have a previously proven work history as an Animal Care Specialist within a zoo setting. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that provides quality animal care, detailed animal husbandry, daily comprehensive record-keeping, along with daily enrichment activities for a variety of animal species.

The animal care team is an integral part of providing park guests with memorable and educational experiences through guided tours, encounters and presentations.

This position will work 40+ hours per week, year-round.   Starting pay will be based on applicant’s previous zookeeping work history & experience.
